These terms apply to your use of the CGE Insights public website. They do not replace a separate proposal, statement of work, contract or other terms agreed for a paid client project.

Website information

Website content is provided for general information about CGE Insights services. It should not be treated as legal, financial, medical or other regulated professional advice.

Demonstration analysis

Northstar Connect and the customer records, metrics, comments and analytical findings used in the website demonstration are synthetic. They are presented to illustrate an analytical approach and do not describe a real organisation or real customers.

Pricing and scope

Prices shown on the website are starting points or package prices for the described scope. Data quality, complexity, volume, segmentation, delivery format and other requirements may affect the final quote. No paid work begins until scope and commercial terms are agreed.

No online payment or automatic contract

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract and does not commit either party to purchase or provide services. The website does not take payment.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the CGE Insights name, website copy, visual design, demonstration materials and original website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may view the site for ordinary business evaluation but should not republish substantial content as your own.

Availability

We aim to keep the website available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every item will always be error-free. Content, services and pricing may be updated from time to time.

External services

The website may rely on third-party hosting, communications or other infrastructure. CGE Insights is not responsible for outages or failures that are outside its reasonable control.

Client work

Any paid engagement should be governed by the project-specific scope, deliverables, responsibilities, price, payment terms and data-handling arrangements agreed for that work.

AI-assisted analysis

Where AI-assisted methods are used in client work, the approach remains subject to the agreed project scope and data-handling arrangements. CGE Insights does not use client information to train proprietary AI models and does not place confidential or sensitive client information into public or general-purpose AI systems.
